Job Title : MSCRM BA Consultant
Location : Washington DC & Charlottesville, VA

Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with minimum9+ years of relevant experience.
• Good experience in MSFT Dynamics CRM 365 Product Knowledge.
• Experience on CRM Configurations, workflows, data import & Business Process functionalities.
• Ability to identify third party applications to enhance the CRM system as required.
• Should able to analyze client business processes to perform appropriate gap fit analysis in the boundaries of Dynamics CRM
• Experience in implementing/support large /complex CRM application for enterprise customer.
• Should able to conduct CRP Sessions to the Business to ensure the requirement understanding / explain the product capabilities.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams.
